Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has already shipped.

- All orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same night, so we cannot cancel any order after 6 PM, as our technical support service is closed after 5 PM.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products only in the event of a defect or damage during shipping. Simply notify us, and we will provide you with a return address and a replacement or refund.

You have a 30-day right to return (and exchange) if the product is defective or damaged. No product can be returned after 30 days.

How to initiate a return:

You must provide photographic evidence that the products are still in like-new condition and properly packaged in their original packaging.

You will then receive return labels from the shipping company, including a Return Merchandise Authorization number, via email.

During the 30-day trial period, our support team will issue a full refund upon receipt of the product in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Alternatively, we will send you a new replacement product for the value of the returned product if you request an exchange.

Please note:

Prior to return, all products must be disassembled to fit their original packaging. The customer is fully responsible for assembling and disassembling the product.

The refund will be processed within two to three days of our receipt of the product. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

A reasonable restocking fee (up to a maximum of 30%) will be applied to any product that does not meet the above conditions.
